Nestled within Medistar’s expansive 150-acre Parkwest Business Park, this state-of-the-art establishment thrives alongside the newly expanded Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital, strategically positioned on Interstate 10 at the Grand Parkway.

The VibraLife of Katy facility stands as a seamless continuum of care, designed to cater to the comprehensive needs of its diverse patient and resident base. Meticulously tailored to provide a holistic healing environment, the facility boasts a skilled nursing rehabilitation center and a specialized high acuity unit to address the unique requirements of short-term patients. Additionally, the facility encompasses a senior living community, offering assisted living, memory care, and respite care services to cater to the evolving needs of residents. With modern efficiency as a cornerstone, the 58,000-square-foot facility features seventy (70) beds dedicated to a transitional care rehabilitation unit, an eighteen (18) bed assisted living unit, and a sixteen (16) bed secured memory care unit. The facility further solidifies its commitment to comprehensive care through its provision of wound care and IV therapy services, along with an innovative “Discharge to Home” option tailored to ACOs and bundled payments.
